The void is filling up. Was there ever a void? Existence so predictable is exchanged without warning to a shapeless form of silence. The screams of life lost in the wind are drowned by the sound of pigeons fluttering. A solitude of three years in one’s life did not prepare for what was waiting at the other end. Strange fears, previously unknown, creep in with the joy of freedom, snatched before it was savored leisurely. Time runs out on life so quickly and change is inevitable. So, this dictum of life is uttered like a mantra almost thoughtlessly and often while time stands still in the scattered debris of yesterday glued to a space of no return.
